    • Mathew Henry Owens' occupation was a Church of Christ preacher, carpenter and possibly a school teacher for a short time in Indiana. He loved to read. Mathew found in the 1870 census of Unon County, Hills Precinct, Kentucky in 1840, 1850. He liived in Webster County Kentucky in 1880. Died at his son Sylvester's house. Nancy: in 1880 Nancy and Mathew were living in Webster County, Kentucky in the 'Dixon District.
